Information on prints and shipping

Return Policy:
All sales are final. Of course if anything is damaged or not prepared correctly we will replace artwork and satisfy your order.

Steps for returning damaged or incorrect orders:

First - Call us at 888-755-9917 to let us know the item is being returned. Let us also know if you need a refund or what you would like to exchange it for. We will give you a return code that needs to be added to the original invoice.

Second - Put all of the original packaging in the box, including the original invoice.

Third - Ship it. You can return the package via your shipper of choice. Please make sure that the package is insured and has a tracking number. David Behrens Studio will not be responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.

Once the return arrives, we will inspect it and send an email conformation within 5 days regarding the return/exchange. Items that show signs of wear or damaged (except in shipping) in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Shop with confidence knowing that David Behrens Studio will make every effort to make the shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.

Artwork / Print Definitions
Each print is accompanied with artist’s biography and description. Limited edition prints and Artists Proofs come with a certificate of authenticity.

Limited Edition Print - a lithograph that has been signed and numbered by the artist whereby each print is inspected for quality and accuracy. Upon final sale of specified number of prints by the artist, the limited edition print shall be closed and no future editions shall be published.

Artist Proof Print - These prints are set aside by the artist as the very first lithograph to come off the press. This is more often then not a significantly smaller number of lithographs in this edition and in turn becomes more valuable than the straight limited edition series.

Open Edition Print - These prints are often a smaller size image than that of the limited edition prints. These are not signed and numbered by the artist but are personally inspected for superior quality. This edition is unlimited in quality.

Framing and matting
All prints are available framed/matted or as unmatted prints. The first mat has a light leather texture. The second mat or accent mat is available with a choice of six accent mat colors (burgundy, navy blue, oak brown, dark brown, turquoise, and burnt orange).

Frame Descriptions -

Brushed Barnwood Frame - The frame is made from solid barn wood and complements David’s paintings in traditional and rustic
settings.

Old Western Traditional Frame - Smooth Dark wood, with rounded beveled edge.

Antique Gold Frame - Wide rounded bevel frame with distressed gold leaf texture in middle and dark brown edges.
